Mr. Curvall’s presentation will cover the aspects of the U.S. economy that look promising and also those aspects of the economy that are a cause of concern for us. Additionally, he will discuss some of the potential “black swan” events that aren’t making big headlines yet because they are low probability outcomes, but have the potential to have huge implications for the global economy.

Greg Curvall joined Fifth Third Bank as an investment strategist in 2014.  In this role, Greg is responsible for developing and communicating Fifth Third Bank’s investment strategy.  Greg has over 10 years of experience in capital markets.  Before joining Fifth Third, Greg structured collateralized debt obligations (CDO’s) for Bank of Montreal’s Securitization Group, and later structured interest rate derivatives for BMO’s North American energy portfolio.

Greg received at B.S. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.
