COMPANY PRESENTATION:

The Andersons, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANDE)

Founded in 1947 in Maumee, Ohio, The Andersons, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) is a diversified company rooted in agriculture. Today, the company conducts business from more than 130 locations across North America in the commodity trading, ethanol, plant nutrient and rail sectors. Corporate Communications Manager Katelin Langenderfer and Investor Relations Director John Kraus will provide a history of the company and overview of its current businesses.

Katelin Langenderfer has overseen internal and external communications for The Andersons since 2017. Prior to joining the company, she served as a marketing and communications specialist for ProMedica and SSOE Group, both in Toledo, Ohio. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University.

John Kraus has been with The Andersons for more than 30 years. He began his career at the company as a tax professional and later served as the Director of Leasing, Controller and eventually Vice President of Finance for the Rail Group. He was named to his current position in 2016. John is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
