 Can the Fed Have its Cake and Eat It Too?

 Speaker:  Nick Raich, CFA, The Earnings Scout

 Nick Raich, CFA, the CEO of The Earnings Scout, will discuss how the Fed has chosen to battle inflation and the costs associated with that.

In his presentation, he will forecast the likelihood the central bank can defeat inflation without causing a recession. Raich will also provide his firm’s outlook on the best areas to invest in for the remainder of 2022 and into next year.

 Nick Raich is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Earnings Scout, an independent macroeconomic research firm that specializes in earnings trends. He is widely recognized as a leading expert on corporate profits and makes frequent appearances on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, as well as in in national and regional print media, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and The New York Times.

 Prior to founding The Earnings Scout, Raich had 15 years of an experience as a Director of Research successfully leading teams of investment professionals that consistently outperformed at Key Private Bank, National City and Zacks Investment Research in Chicago.

 Raich has a BS in Finance and an MBA from Youngstown State University. He is a member of the Forbes Investment Panel, a member of the Lariccia School of Accounting and Finance Advisory Council at Youngstown State and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
