Welltower Inc.

 Mr. Schroeder has served as Vice President – Treasurer of Welltower (formerly known as Health Care REIT) since April 2015. He recently served as Vice President - Finance of the company and has had various roles with finance since May 2006. He is responsible for managing rating agency and banking relationships; liability, foreign exchange, cash management activities; and capital raising activities.

 Prior to joining HCN, he served as Senior Analyst Corporate Finance at Caremark out of Chicago, Illinois.

 Mr. Schroeder received his BA and MBA degrees from The University of Toledo.
